Woodcreek Little League Merchandise Pickup Policy

At Woodcreek Little League, we strive to provide high-quality spirit wear while keeping costs low and ensuring quick fulfillment. Shipping is not available. Instead, all orders must be picked up at Mahany Baseball Complex for a convenient, in-person handoff.

Pickup Process:

• Orders are processed in the order received and are typically ready for pickup within 24-48 hours.
• During the season, orders can be picked up at the Snack Bar by showing your invoice.
  • The most convenient time for pickup is during your player's game or practice.
• During the off-season (Fall Ball, etc.), when the Snack Bar is closed, you will receive instructions to schedule a pickup time once your order is ready.
